Pricing shown on this site
The standard offer shown here is $99 per month with a $0 upfront development fee and no annual contract. Any work outside the standard scope will be discussed before the customer agrees to it.
Ownership summary
Customers should own their domain, branding, photographs, trademarks, customer data, and client-provided business assets from the beginning. After 12 successful monthly payments, the customer-specific website created for that customer transfers to the customer, subject to the service agreement. Reusable platform technology, templates, libraries, automations, and general-purpose components remain BearCat property.
Third-party services
BearCat websites may connect or link to third-party services such as booking, payments, ordering, maps, analytics, or review platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and fees.
No ranking or business-results guarantee
Search-ready technical foundations do not guarantee a particular search ranking. Likewise, a website cannot guarantee leads, sales, revenue, reviews, or other business results.

Layouts labeled as concepts or illustrative examples are demonstrations of possible design directions and are not representations of actual customer results.
Referral Partner Program
Referral rewards are subject to the eligibility rules shown on the Referral Partner Program page. Unless otherwise stated there, a qualifying referral earns $99 after the referred customer completes their second successful monthly payment. Duplicate, self-referred, fraudulent, refunded, or charged-back accounts do not qualify.
